Information we may collect directly from you includes your name, address, email address, phone number, and your social security number. 



4. For what purposes we treat your personal details? 
Your personal information is used by Unico to fulfill our commitments to you and to provide a high level of service. It can be information we need to enable delivering the goods you ordered, notifying parcel delivery via SMS, to perform a credit check (for that purpose, we can also save data on delays in payments). If any problem arises when we are delivering your order, we may use the information also to get in touch with you. 

In order to provide you with relevant offers and information we may track your spending habits when you visit our website. 

Your data is stored and used also in information and marketing purposes. This means that we may, unless you object, use your personal data to contact you by email or letter with newsletters or direct marketing. We use cookies and other tools, such as web analytics tool, to automatically collect information about you when you use the Unico website. Information we collect automatically include, for example, preferences and choices you make when you use the web shop on the Unico website. 

Your data is stored only as long as required to perform our services or as long as it is prescribed by law.

With the exception for what is described above, we never convey / sell / exchange or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes outside Unico.

You may at any time contact us to take part of the personal information we held about you. If you believe that a task if you are inaccurate, misleading or irrelevant, you can contact us and request in writing that the information be corrected, and you can at any time request that the information be deleted. 

You are also entitled, request the records of the personal information to we have stored about you once a year and free of charge. Such a request for records is made in writing to our customer service. As a customer of Unico, you always have the right to object to personal information used for marketing purposes (eg sending out newsletters or offers).
