For quality problems within the warranty period, please contact the store where you purchased Iconic for help/compensation. 

If you bought it online, please always provide: 

  • Serial number (on the bottom part under the toothbrush)
  • Where and when you purchased ICONIC
  • Description of the problem, as detailed as possible
  • Your contact details

Important Note: Receipt is needed for claims within the warranty period.

Troubleshooting
1.  When ICONIC is new the runtime may be shorter than specified. This is normal as the batteries are new and need to be activated which is done through repeated usage.  
How to resolve: Keep using ICONIC until batteries are completely empty, then recharge again. 
2. Charging indicator does not turn to green when fully charged. 
How to resolve: Just keep charging. It can take more than 24 hours when the product is new.
